Un-Masking the Mind Art Auction & Fundraiser on Facebook

Refund Policy
Ticket refunds: “UnMasking the Mind” is a fundraiser to benefit Innovations International Charter School of Nevada (IICSN). Tickets are non-refundable.
Mask refunds: Masks are sold “as is” and are not returnable.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of ticket purchases will be given if said event is prevented, rendered impossible or infeasible by any acts of God, labor problems, any act or regulation of any public authority or bureau, civil tumult, epidemic, war conditions or emergencies beyond reasonable control.

TICKETS
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited quantities are available.
Shipping and Handling:
Tickets will be sent via US mail to purchasers. Purchasers must provide a current US Mail address in order to receive their tickets.
Shipping and Handling of Tickets:
Tickets purchased on or after October 15th must be a) picked up at Innovations International Charter School of Nevada or b) redeemed with the proper official ticket purchase voucher provided by Innovations International Charter School of Nevada. Ticket purchase vouchers are numbered and must be presented with valid government issued photo ID.
IICSN makes no promises of delivery or availability of tickets. IICSN is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Providing adequate and correct mailing, phone and email contact information is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. IICSN is not responsible for failure on the behalf of the US Postal Service, internet providers, computer servers or other entities outside of its control.
MASKS
Masks will be sold online, on or about September and/or October, 2010. Specific masks will then be auctioned at a live gala, October 23rd in Las Vegas, NV. Final sales of masks will go to the highest bidder. Please click the
Bid on Masks” tab of the www.unmaskingthemind.org site for details. Mask purchases by attendees at the Un-Masking the Mind Gala must be finalized on the night of the Gala, October 23rd, 2010. Winning bidders must pay for their masks at the gala. Masks will not be released without payment. Masks left with IICSN more than 7 calendar days after the Un-Masking the Mind Gala will be considered abandoned by the purchaser and any previous intention of sale may be considered null and void at the discretion of IICSN.
Masks purchased with a personal or business check issued to IICSN or “Un-Masking the Mind Fundraiser” that are returned to IICSN for insufficient funds, will incur a $35 returned check fee in addition to fees imposed by IICSN’s financial institution.
IICSN is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged masks.
Shipping and Handling of masks:
Shipping and Handling of masks is the sole responsibility of the mask purchaser. IICSN is not responsible for masks damaged in shipping.

Masks purchased via the third party online auction provider contracted by IICSN are held to the terms and conditions set forth by that provider.
